Our Team
In 2009 I graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and in 2013 I completed my Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia.

My approach is simple: manual therapy techniques to reduce pain and functional limitations, and individualized education and exercise programs for long lasting pain relief and self-management.
I graduated with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University and I hold a BSc Honors in Physiology and Sports Science from the University of Glasgow.

​​I have completed additional training in Dry Needling (IMS), Myofascial Release, and Injury Prevention in Runners, and in 2023 I completed my designation as a Certified Hand Therapist
Lindsay Glassford is a Canadian Certified Pedorthist with an Honors degree in Kinesiology from Wilfred Laurier University. She offers personalized footwear recommendations, custom foot orthotics, and patient-centred pedorthic care.
