New Operating Procedures
In the interest of keeping all of our clients, practitioners, families, and community safe and healthy, the following changes have been put in place

The redesigned operation standards align with guidelines provided by the Public Health Agency of Canada, WHO, and the College of Physical Therapists of BC.

Before Your Visit

Client Screening

Please do not attend your appointment if you OR members of your household have any of the following symptoms:

  • cough

  • sore throat

  • fever

  • runny nose

  • shortness of breath

Staff Screening

Staff will not work if they have any cold or flu-like symptoms .

Clinic Protocols

  • Extra time between appointments for appropriate disinfecting of all equipment

  • Hand-washing with soap between each client

At Your Appointment

Arrive on Time

Please arrive for your appointment right on time, not early. Consider waiting in your car if you're comfortable and the weather permits.

Face Protection

Masks are mandatory for staff and clients. Please apply your mask before entering the clinic and leave it on until you leave.

If you do not have a mask, there will be some available at the clinic for a cost of $2.00.

Amenities

In an effort to reduce exposure and contact please try and use the washroom before your appointment and bring your own change of clothes (shorts, tank tops).

Social Distancing

On the rare occasion where there is more than one person in the waiting area, please maintain a distance of

2 meters.

Sanitizer

Hand sanitizer will be provided at the clinic. Clients must sanitize their hands upon entering the clinic.

After your Session

Time to Sanitize

All appointments will end five minutes early to allow for appropriate disinfecting of all equipment.

Contactless Payment

Please consider using VISA or MasterCard for payment.

Receipts will be e-mailed.

Last but not Least...

Virtual Appointments

Individuals at higher risk and those with injuries that do not need hands-on treatment are encouraged to book virtual sessions.

Cancellation Fees

The 24-hour cancellation policy will not be enforced for late cancels due to illness. However, failing to notify your practitioner prior to your appointment will result in a "no-show" and a 50% charge.

Your full cooperation with these measures is greatly appreciated and thank you for your patience.
